Organising a dinner has never been simpler

Organisers of large dinner parties rejoice! We have introduced a new package that will make life so much easier. With one all-inclusive price, this package covers everything you need to consider for your next dinner.

For just $125 + GST per person you receive:

  • Complimentary reception area
  • Dining in the beautiful Wellington Town Hall Auditorium (with seating of up to 550 guests) – venue hire included
  • Tables set with your choice of black or white linen
  • A glass of sparkling wine served on arrival to your guests
  • A choice of three canapés served during your pre-dinner gathering
  • Three Course plated Dinner served by our award-winning chefs
  • Wine, beer or juice served over dinner
  • Ambient room lighting (including walls, organ and stage) to suit your theme
  • Lectern, microphone and basic sound package for speeches
  • Background music
  • Technician on standby to help you out.

Add to all of this the following… and your night really will run smoothly:

  • Your own catering consultant to help you choose the right meal for your guests
  • Car parking for the organiser on the night
  • Dressing rooms for your entertainment
  • Security staff
  • And a dedicated venue coordinator to help arrange menus, seating plans, suggest local entertainment and anything else to make your night run smoothly

Special Conditions:
This package is available exclusively for large dinners with a minimum of 300 guests.
Additional choice of entrée, main or dessert incurs additional per head price.
